As April comes to a close

I thought it would be a good time to share some pics of H.T. throughout the month!
The month started off snowy (I love the look on his face in this one):

We met up with the Lehn fam on the Saturday before Easter so Henry got to swim while we were there:

And last but certainly not least he graduated to the next level of swimming! Starting in June he'll be in the pool without mom or dad. (He's pictured here with teacher Travis):

Tokyo

Sorry it has taken me so long to post this - things have been too busy! My mom and I went to Tokyo two weeks ago to attend the wedding of Amy. Amy lived with us for one year in high school as an exchange student from Thailand. She met a Japanese guy (Go) while attending school in San Diego and that is why the wedding was in Japan (they also had a Thai wedding). We had a fabulous time!

Peace

Henry and I were enjoying Annie's Peace Mac 'n Cheese (you can almost see them in the bowl) and I told Henry he can outwardly express his peaceful disposition by holding up his pointer and middle finger. He diligently practiced, focused and... PEACE!

 

The direction Henry's fingers are facing may be insulting to you. Sorry but I think you will forgive him with that cute whale tongue.
